You may request a change-of-mind return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened and returned in its original packagingwith all included parts and accessories.
For an approved change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for the return courier cost. Return shipping must be arranged safely and with suitable tracking where possible. Coastal Divas is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept a change-of-mind return for an item that has been opened, used, worn, assembled, altered or is not in a resaleable condition, unless the item is faulty, damaged or otherwise subject to a legal right of return.
Once a return is received and inspected, we will email you with the outcome. Approved refunds are paid by EFT to the bank account details supplied by the customer. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days of approval.
Original delivery charges and return costs are not refundable for change-of-mind returns unless required by law or where we agree otherwise. Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that apply under South African law.
